Tooling

PITCO has experienced tool & die designers on staff to maintain, repair, rebuild or redesign tools and dies for our all of our tooling requirements. At PITCO, we manufacture an excess of 95 percent of all our production tooling needs.       Our staff is also capable of performing machining on production parts with our 5 Axis Simultaneous CNC machine, Omax WaterJet machine, grinders, machine lathes, mills and other tooling equipment. Using these machines, we can produce a tool that is right for the job. Internal tooling allows us to make adjustments and modifications on tooling quickly and accurately.       Our primary goal is quality and exceptional value to your production parts. With our tooling  capabilities, we are able to provide many secondary operations for our customers. Many of the parts we manufacture require drilling, chamfering, punching, notching, WaterJet cutting, heat treating, polishing, painting, some welding or other precision machining so that the parts are ready to use when received. In addition to our internal capabilities, we also have qualified suppliers for precision welding, plating, and other processes. We are continually striving to provide you a part that is ready to use when it arrives.
